We are very honored that the professional West African World Fusion band MAMADOU is the official house orchestra performing during Debra Crosby's Talent Quest Show. The irresistible sound of the MAMADOU band will be gracing our stage with their positive, upbeat, dance vibe.

We are looking for talent from the NorthShore, the Greater Boston area, New England & beyond to compete in Debra Crosby'sTalent Quest TV Show. Do to the fact that Debra Crosby runs casting calls for other television, commercial and film projects, this exact wording: Audition for Debra Crosby's Talent Quest TV show in subject area is very important. It is important to include your contact telephone numbers in the body of your e-mail.
You will need to be prepared to show a two to three minute audition piece. NO LONGER. (At this time we are not prepared to accept band auditions.) If your audition is accepted the two or three minute piece is what you will perform on the show. The auditions will be held at A Quest Actors Studio 201 Washington St in Salem, Ma. You must be prepared with your own music tracks on a CD or with your own accompanist. The CD track can not have the original artist singing on the CD only the musical instruments are allowed.
If your audition is accepted you will be called and sent a registration form in an e-mail attachment. You will need to fill out the registration form and return it. All of the specific specific logistics and details will be sent to you via e-mail, as well.
If your audition is accepted there is a $50.00 entrance fee to be on the show. The entrance fee covers the $$WINNERS$ CHECK awarded to the winner and the cost of the trophies. All of your paper work and entrance fee must be received 1 week prior to the show you have been cast in.
10% of proceeds is donated to the not for profit organization SATV to off set operational costs.

Winners from the Debra Crosby's Talent Quest TV Show were invited to perform at A3D's Hope for the Holidays World party on Dec. 8th 2007, at the Salem International Film Fest on Feb 28th, 2008 and will be invited to perform at the Salem CultureFest on the Salem Common in July 2008!
Debra Crosby'sTalent Quest TV Show will be filmed at SATV and can then be seen on Debra Crosby's A Quest Actors Studio web site or a link to a public viewing site will be provided 1 week after the show date. The show will be rebroadcast on the greater North of Boston cable station market 1 month after the show date.
Post marked post card votes will be accepted up to the Monday 2 weeks after the show date. Only one post card per household. Specific post card voting rules will be passed out to contestants.
In addition to the post card votes, Dave Maynard is the official judge of the show. Dave Maynard was the original producer & host of Community Auditions that aired on WBZ TV for nearly 30 years. In the event that there might be a tie and to balance the call in votes & post card votes, Dave Maynard's professional opinion carries 51% the voting consideration.
The winner will receive a trophy and a $WINNERS$ CHECK award.
